Return Policy

General Return Policy

No Returns or Refunds After Carrier Confirms Possession: Once the carrier confirms possession of the package, no returns or refunds will be accepted unless specific criteria are met.
Eligibility Period: Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the order meets the guidelines outlined below.
Condition of Item: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original, unopened shipment packaging. Opened packaging renders the item ineligible for return, unless:
- The item was destroyed during shipping.
- The wrong item was sent.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-30 business days after receipt of the returned item. For immediate returns via PayPal or Zelle, a small transaction fee may apply.
Right of Refusal: Peptide Formulations LLC reserves the right to accept or deny returns and refunds at its sole discretion.

Incorrect Order Fulfillment

Incorrect Items Delivered: If we deliver incorrect items due to our error, we will offer:
- A 100% refund of the purchase price, or
- A reshipment within 5 business days.

To qualify, clear pictures and videos must be sent to sales@peptideformulations.com within 8 hours of delivery. Refunds will be processed if the pictures clearly show a product that does not match the order.

Broken or Damaged Orders

Damaged Items: If an order arrives broken or damaged, we will provide a:
- 100% refund, or
- A reshipment.

Claims must be sent to us on the same day of delivery, before 7 PM PST, with photo proof of the unusable/destroyed product immediately upon opening. Photos of damage after removing the product from the original shipping package will not be accepted.

Partially Opened Items

No Returns or Refunds: Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for partially opened products. Sales are final once the original shipment packaging is opened.
Refunds for partially opened items will only be given if:
- The order was incorrectly filled.
- The product was damaged upon opening (see previous section for more details).

Exchanges

No Exchanges: Due to the strict quality control of our products, we do not accept exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact for assistance.

Shipping Hours

Shipping Hours: Our shipping department operates from 9 AM – 3 PM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Times

UPS Standard (3-8 business days): Orders dispatched within 2 business days.
UPS Express (2-4 business days): Orders dispatched within 2 business days.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.
Payment Processing: Note that due to payment processing, shipping may take an additional 24-48 hours beyond the normal processing time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to US domestic territories only.

Order Tracking

An automated email with tracking information will be sent upon dispatch. If you do not receive the email, please check all inboxes, including your spam folder.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Address changes can be made depending on the order status:
- “Processing” orders: Can request an address change through our support team.
- “Complete” orders: Cannot be modified.

Missing Tracking Information

If you did not receive tracking information, please check all inboxes, including your spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us.

Package Issues

Not Updating Tracking: If tracking does not update for over 7 days, please contact us.
Not Delivered: If the courier claims delivery but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Check with your neighbors or building’s front desk.
- Contact the courier’s local office.

If unresolved after 7 days, please contact us.

Late Packages: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, and we cannot refund shipping costs due to delays.

By using our service, you agree to the following:

2.1.1: Peptide Formulations LLC is NOT liable for lost shipments caused by the shipping carrier, unless you opt to purchase our shipping insurance.

2.1.2: Peptide Formulations LLC is NOT responsible for any degradation of products due to heat exposure during shipping, regardless of any optional add-ons (e.g., Express Shipping, Icepack Add-on).

2.1.3: Peptide Formulations LLC is NOT liable for reimbursement for incorrect products ordered by the customer.

2.1.4: Peptide Formulations LLC is NOT responsible for reshipping or reimbursing orders delivered to the wrong address if the customer entered the incorrect shipping information.

2.1.5: You also acknowledge that Peptide Formulations LLC is NOT liable for delays or damage during shipping, including but not limited to heat exposure, delays in transit, or excessive handling times. Such costs will be the responsibility of the customer at the discretion of Peptide Formulations LLC.

2.1.6: By agreeing to these Terms, you accept that Peptide Formulations LLC may take up to 10 additional business days to process and handle orders, and that you are not entitled to a refund or reshipment due to extended handling times.

2.2: By accepting these Terms of Service, you also agree to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

If you attempt to initiate a chargeback, refund, or return due to reasons stated in section 2.1, it may result in legal action or referral to collections.

You also agree that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and may pass through multiple networks, with changes to adapt to network specifications. Payment details are encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of our service or access to the service without express written permission from us.
